Click the "Pay Now" button for the membership type you want.  The button will take you to a secure PayPal site where you can pay by credit card or PayPal Account.  If your PayPal session fails you will come back to a page that allows you to try again or pay by check.

If you want to use a Credit Card - look for the "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with credit or debit card" choice in PayPal
