| Grounds Setup | Go where needed and set up, move or repair elements of the course, volunteer/judge shelters, boundries, trash cans, etc. |
| Volunteer Setup | Set up badges, lists, volunteer goodie bags, etc. to be ready for Volunteer Checkin Friday. |
| Stabling Team | Direct new arrivals, answer questions, handle emergencies |
