The Bears will feed the Volunteers and provide Hot soup and Drinks for everyone. Competitor Food is "Pot Luck". . . if you want to share, bring something to share!
Competitor Start Times (may shift a few minutes - check you packet for final) - Dressage is the only set time. The rest is an estimate using about 20 minutes from the start of Dressage to the start of Cones; and 30 minutes from start of Cones to start of Trot.
After Dressage go to Cones - please limit Cones warm up to 10 minutes or less.
After Cones go to your trailer to drop you hat and apron and get helmets. Change carriages if that is your plan and then go directly to the Safety Check at Teddy Bears Trot. Some will take less than 30 minutes for this, some will take longer, perhaps.
Then report to the TBT Starter. You will be given the next available start time - 5 minute gap between entries.

Entries open October 1 and Close October 28.
Entries postmarked or submitted online before the opening date will be returned. Entries postmarked or submitted online after the closing date must include a $15 Late Fee and will be accepted at the organizers' discretion.
Limited to the first 60 entries based on postmark or online submission date.
You may drive 2 entries, but your 2nd entry will be accepted only if slots remain at closing. We will wait list, based on postmark/online date, if more than 60 entries are received.
